Bedtime Story -

The First CNC Cupped Prop for RC Boats, borrowing a 20 year old technology from the Power Boats where propellers are send to Specialist Prop Shop for cupping. Here, they will incorporate cupping at the trailing edge of the prop, Power Boaters' found after cupping that the RPM reduces and Speed increases. It is like swimming with your hand cupped you will realise that you can pull better.

The pitch of the prop had increased after cupping, but more importantly upon analysing with normal prop design the lift is concentrated at the front 30% of the blade whereas a cupped prop the lift is spread throughout the length of the blade. So it is not just going for higher pitch to get the speed but a more efficient and effective prop design.

Cupping by the Specialist Prop Shop is random they might not be able duplicate another of your favorite prop when you revert to him a couple of months later. We have taken out the randomness with proper standards - A Cup, B Cup and C Cup ( yes C Cup will be the most handful as with our female species ) with regards to the drop and radius, so we can deliver standardised cupping for full spectrum of prop diameter. Nothing random.

A COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN, COMPUTER SIMULATED AND WATER TESTED PROPELLER. THIS CNC PRODUCT IS METICULOUSLY MADE - NO FURTHER BALANCING, POLISHING OR SHARPENING NEEDED.FOR 1 PIECE ONLY.

Feedback from bryansar -

" ...my dad and I have had fun using the B cup, our boats fly with these.

We are using the 42mm 2 and 3 1.6 pitch. It saves on battery life and we get cooler running boats.
My Spartan has great control using the 3 blade and my dad’s proboat (Shockwave 29”) flies on the 2 blade.
We love these style props"
