How to Use Iron on Vinyl:
Feed the vinyl into your plotter or cutting machine.
Using a vinyl weeding tool or hook, remove the excess vinyl from the printed sheet, leaving only the part of the design you wish to transfer to the fabric
Place the graphic onto the target area. Make sure the surface is flat, clean, and free from any residue, has a built-in transfer surface.
Using a press or iron, apply medium pressure with an iron set to 305℃/150℃ for approximately 10-15 seconds.
After the garment has fully cooled slowly remove the transfer paper. If the design lifts, replace the cloth and iron again for another 10-15 seconds.
Warm Tips:
Don't use steam in the iron when you transfer images to fabrics.
Don't use this material on nylon, velvet, acrylic fabrics, leather, and others which will melt and ruin the vinyl.
We always recommend performing a test prior when cutting and ironing.
