All items from our store come from a smoke and pet free home and do not have any foul odors. Many of our items are from their original owner but we do get some second or third- hand items on occasion. These
Pokemon figures at normal size measure anywhere from 1-1.5 inches to
2-3.5 inches long and wide. However, some of the hypersize figures can
measure as big as 3.5 to 5 inches wide and tall depending on the monster
and sometimes even more.
Please look at all the pictures before buying as what you see in the pictures is the same exact item you will be receiving from our store. If there is a stock photo, please reference the other picture of the actual item. Please also don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the item before hand. We do not combine shipping on multiple figures since our shipping service is free of charge and we pay out of pocket for those costs.
All orders will ship out within 1-2 days upon received payment, sometimes orders may take a week to ship out during the holidays or if I am traveling since I travel for my job and can't always make it to the post office during regular business hours. Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as your order is processed. Once your tracking information has updated at the post office, most items will take anywhere on average from 2-3 business days to arrive to their location in the US and anywhere from 2-3 weeks overseas.
All figures that have bigger or boxed packaging will be shipped inside a cardboard box with bubble wrap or poly air mailers unless the box is snug enough to fit your item in; smaller clam shell packaging items (namely gen 7 figures) will be shipped inside plastic bubble air mailers under first class mail unless the order itself exceeds more than a pound in weight then it is shipped under priority.
Please verify your address at checkout as we cannot change the address after purchase and we will not be held responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. We only ship to verified addresses on PayPal and do not ship to APO addresses (PO boxes are fine). Please also request signature confirmation or insurance BEFORE payment is received so I can adjust the invoice to reflect the additional amount or we will have to cancel the order. Signature confirmation starts at anywhere from $2.55+ and the insurance cost ranges based on the total value of the item.
International buyers are fully welcome. However, we only ship through eBay's global shipping program at this time (no exceptions).
Returns are allowed within 30 days after the item has arrived. All items that are returned must be in the same condition that they were shipped out in unless they were damaged originally in transit and everything must be sent back in full. All items that were brand new originally and have their packaging opened or tags removed will be refunded in half. For returned orders that are missing any contents, parts, or papers that make it incomplete will be subject to a lower refund. You acknowledge this return policy upon purchase.
