• By purchasing this item you agree to the following terms and conditions.
• Payment expected within 48 hours or the sale will be cancelled.
• If you want to send a message regarding shipment please contact directly, I do not receive notes attached to orders from eBay.
• Every effort is made to try to date planes accurately but there can be discrepancies, so date accuracy is not guaranteed. Stanley planes are dated using the "Plane Dating Flowchart" at the Hyperkitten website.
• Most planes are disassembled, cleaned and all threads oiled before being reassembled and listed for sale.  
• You should expect the plane to require the usual cleaning and tuning including flattening and sharpening.
• Contact me about payment methods for "Local Pickup".
• Review the pictures and description carefully so you understand the condition of the item.
• Ask any questions you may have before bidding or purchasing.
• Returns accepted up to 14 days after purchase date. Item must be returned in the same condition as received. 
• Returns only accepted for damaged items or items significantly different than described or shown in photos.
• Shipping will not be refunded for returned items.
• Shipping will be combined for items on the same invoice only. If you purchase more than one item please do not pay until you have added all items to your shopping cart. Add the items you want with the "Add to Cart" option not "Buy It Now". When you checkout use "Request Total From Seller" to get a new invoice. In addition to the shipping cost, a $1.00 handling fee for each item in the order may be added. If you purchase items individually there will be no refund. 
• International shipping is available but there will be an additional shipping charge. You will have to use "Add to Cart" and "Request Total From Seller" on checkout to get a new invoice. See above.
