Description

Installation

Measure the longest hole dimension (if the width is the longest dimension use the width, if the height is the longest dimension use the height). Using this measurement select the panel size. Insert the panel bracket along the hole diagonal; once the bracket is inside the hole, rotate the panel 45 degrees to completely cover the hole. Fits 3/8" to 5/8" thick drywall. Will work for the following drywall or wall thickness : 3/8" , 1/2", 5/8".

Shipping

Letter mail shipping is Canada Post regular air mail service. There is no tracking number for this shipping option. Upon request, the seller will provide a picture of the shipped package as a replacement for the tracking number.

Regular parcel is for Canada and tracked packet is for the U.S.A. Both includes  a tracking number.

  Hole measurement and drywall thickness
    Measure with a measuring tape use a measuring tape
  Measure with a ruler or use a ruler
  Measure the thickness also measure the thickness
  Measure the longest dimension use the longest dimension
  Measure longest dimension and thicknessUsing a measuring tape or ruler, measure the hole longest dimension. If the width is longer, use the width. If the height is longer, use the height. If the hole is round in shape, use the diameter of the hole. If the hole is not uniform, measure the longest length of the hole. Use the hole longest dimension to make the selection of the panel. If the measurement is in between two sizes, select the next bigger size. Example number 1 : If the hole longest dimension is a little more than 6 7/8" (select size #4). Example number 2 : If the hole dimension is exactly 6 7/8" or a little less (select size #3). Also measure the drywall thickness. Most drywall are 1/2" thick (Normal thickness). If the drywall thickness is 3/8 to 5/8 inch (it will work). If the drywall is above 5/8" and up to 1" thick (please contact seller).
  Installation and removal (size : mini, #1 to #4)
    Insert the bracketinsert bracket in hole diagonal

  Rotate until the hole is covered continue rotating to hide hole
  Measure the longest dimensionadjust so it is horizontal
  Measure longest dimension and thicknessFor panel of size #1 to #4, install as follow: 1) Insert the panel in the hole along the diagonal of the hole. 2) Rotate the panel 45 degrees to start covering the hole. 3) Adjust the panel so that the hole is completely covered and the panel is horizontal. To remove the panel from the hole do the installation in reverse order. Start with step 3) and finish with step 1).
  Installation and removal (size #5 to #7)
    Insert the bracket insert bracket in, along hole
  Enter the panel in the hole completely insert bracket
  Push the panel to start covering the hole start pushing to cover hole
  Completely cover the hole completely cover the hole
  Measure longest dimension and thicknessFor panel of size #5 to #7, install as follow: 1) Insert the panel in the hole along the hole. 2) Completely insert the bracket in the hole. 3) Push the panel so that the hole is completely covered by the panel. To remove the panel from the hole do the installation in reverse order. Start with step 3) and finish with step 1).
  Studs inside the hole on one or two sides of the hole; bracket must be inserted on the side free of studs
  Obstruction inside wall sidesWhen there are one or two studs opposite to each other inside the drywall, install the panel bracket inside the hole such that the bracket make contact inside the drywall where there are no studs. In the example above the bracket would be installed vertically (straight up) inside the hole.
