CRYSTAL & GLASS and POTTERY items require special care and packaging to ensure safe delivery. PRIORITY MAIL is preferred as Insurance (up to $100) is included in the postage you pay--PARCEL SELECT does NOT include insurance. Some items are more fragile than others and breakage--while rare--can occur while in transit or mishandling at USPS facilities. Buyers should take Photos of any damaged box delivered, and while unpacking, especially if one hears rattles within. Contact me ASAP should this occur. Refunds will not be issued for Lost/Stolen parcels when delivery has been confirmed via USPS Tracking to address provided by Buyer--make sure that your parcel will be delivered to a safe and secure location as theft is ocurring more frequently.
Combined shipping will be provided when safe and practical. Depending on the items, a partial discount for shipping costs may be be Refunded. If actual costs are less than what you paid on any item, a Refund will be issued.
