The Denon DL-103 needs no introduction as the legendary workhorse moving coil cartridge developed in house by Tokyo radio station NHK for use in their broadcast rooms, demand for the 103 became so high that it was released to the public as a consumer item in 1970 where it has been a reliable, loved and revered fixture and mainstay ever since.

Cartridge has been retipped with a NUDE rectangular shank low mass, high polish, jewelry grade grain-oriented true ellipsoid Ogura Vital PE .3 x .7 elliptical diamond guaranteed to be as good or better than original diamond quality and new cantilever consisting of a hollow hardened, tapered, narrow gauge, thin-walled, aluminum magnesium alloy tube.
