As with all previously-owned, Vintage, and Antique items there will be some wear from age, if not use, and it should not be regarded as a failure to disclose if all aspects of wear have not been described. Any issues that affect appearance or functionality will always be noted. View Photos carefully as they are an integral part of Description.
CRYSTAL & GLASS and POTTERY items require special care and packaging to ensure safe delivery. PRIORITY MAIL is RECOMMENDED as Insurance (up to $100) is included in the postage you pay--PARCEL SELECT does NOT include insurance. Buyers are provided Shipping Options in most listings to make an informed decision. Some items are more fragile than others and breakage--while rare--can occur while in transit or mishandling at USPS facilities. In most cases, it is Buyers responsibility to file a claim with USPS for any damages and only applies to Priority Mail. I encourage Buyers to take Photos of any damaged box delivered, and also while unpacking, especially if one hears rattles within. Please contact me ASAP should this occur. No Refunds will be issued for Lost or Stolen parcels when USPS Tracking has confirmed delivery to address provided by Buyer--make sure the parcel will be delivered to a safe, secure location as thefts occur more frequently.
