Product Description

This Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled at the Scapa Distillery on the Island of Orkney on 11th March 1991 and was bottled from cask number 1191 in September 2014. It is extremely rare to find a whisky of this age from Scapa distillery, whose whiskies have acquired a cult following among whisky enthusiasts. This cask yielded just 300 bottles of fine Single Malt.

Colour: Pale golden colour.

Nose: A light elegant malt with hints of salt and seaweed and hints of gunflint.

Palate: Light, round, and soft with an elegant gentle sweetness.

Finish: A salty and spicy finish with a hint of smokiness too.

These are conducted by one of our in-house experts and are available for individuals or groups of up to 40 people. They cost from £25 per head for a beginners guide to whisky, up to £250 per head for a chance to try some really rare distillery bottlings as part of the 'Whiskies Most Wanted' class.
