Shipping and Returns
This item will be shipped from our manufacturing facility in Sydney, Australia. Shipping is free to anywhere in Australia. Shipping to anywhere in world is $25. Express shipping is available upon request. International Shipping with regular air mail normally takes about 1 to 3 weeks depending on the distance of destination country from Australia, but if there is a delay in customs processing in the destination country then it will takes longer, sometimes up to a month. We accept returns or exchanges. For return or exchanges, the items must be in good condition when it is returned and shipping cost is not refundable unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. All returns goes to our main office in Sydney, Australia.
