We strongly recommend that you please read & note all the following before proceeding to purchase:

1) We despatch via Evri (formerly myHermes). Freepost means shipping to certain mainland Britain postcodes only. For example, not Northern Ireland, nor the Highlands, nor any island. Some other areas are also excluded and are subject to their 'location surcharge'. These are the postcodes affected: AB31-AB38, AB41-AB56. BT. FK17- FK21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20-PA78, PH15-PH19, PH29-PH50, PO30-PO41, TR21-TR25, ZE. This list is not exhaustive. Please also contact us before checking out regarding how to pay the location surcharge.

2) Delivery is generally up to 3 working days. Deliveries can be any time of day from about 8am to 8pm. Delivery dates cannot be specified. Once en route, parcels are not interceptable.

Please contact first if this is likely to be a problem.

N.B. Location surcharge postcodes will also take longer to arrive than 3 working days. 

3) Please contact us first: i) if you wish to buy combine purchase or purchase different items: request total and we will try to give you a combined p & p discount - where possible. This must be done before you pay. ii) if you have a LOW FEEDBACK SCORE (<20), iii) if you wish to purchase lots or iv) if live outside the UK.

4) All items are despatched boxed & securely packaged with either bubble wrap or crumpled newspaper for extra protection. We only ever pack items that are completely undamaged. Therefore in the unlikely event that you should receive any damaged items, we would ask you for your cooperation by sending photos of damaged items plus the packaging, which we can then forward to the courier company for any subsequent claim. NOTE - any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt (which is obtained form tracking)

5) Evri will make 3 attempts to deliver. They may leave your parcel in a safe place (if the courier deems one available) or with a neighbour and should update tracking advising you. If this is not possible, the parcel will be returned to the delivery depot. If a parcel is undelivered, it will be returned to us at a cost of £4. This cost of £4 will be requested from you.

N.B. If you have any instructions to assist the courier with delivery, please provide them at the time of booking – it is too late once your order has been despatched. Thank you

6) Returns. If you wish to return an item, please follow the eBay returns procedure. You will be refunded less the amount it cost us to send the item to you in the first place.

7) Collection is welcome Mondays-Fridays by mutual, prior arrangement.
