This is a brand new never used roof vent by Ventline. These are the exact same vent that are used on new RV manufacturers. Features a galvanized mounting flange, White wedge shaped lid, 12 volt DC fan, and a free included 1.75" garnish ring.

A- Came with everything you need for a good install - screws and butyl tape! Even comes with the inner ring for a clean install. The only thing you'll need to supply is the hole to put it in, and a screw gun to batten down the hatch!
B- The product arrived on time and the price was good. It was easy to install and just be carful of the metal sharp edges. Wear work gloves. They could sand down the metal edges to improve it but otherwise it is a good low cost replacement fan. I lost the plastic cap from a wind storm on the old one and had to replace the whole unit. It is harder to remove the old unit then install the new one because of all the sealer and old glue cocking tape. This unit comes with the cocking tape but buy a tube of RV sealer to cover the top metal edges that meet the roof and for an extra seal with the cocking tape.
