We're aware that sometimes your items may go missing, which we have no control over. Mail companies wait 15 business days to declare a package lost, we will of course send you a replacement or refund if you haven't received it after 15 business days for the UK and 28 business days for the EU and Rest of World.
Custom Charges - Within the EU
For deliveries to recipients within the EU, for legal purposes you (or the recipient of the goods, if different) are the importer of the goods (IOR/Importer of Record), and are responsible for any import formalities as well as any taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules.
You authorize Standout to appoint a transport service that will act on your behalf with the customs and tax authorities of the destination country when the products are imported and will process and pay the import fees incurred for you. For each product, ownership and risk are transferred to the recipient at the time it is handed over to the transport service within the UK.
Custom Charges - Outside the EU
We remove all UK VAT from the items on our website for customers outside of the UK and EU. This means everything is actually priced cheaper already. However, any custom charges or import duties are paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Note we cannot mark the package as a gift or change the item price on the customs label.
