Errors do occur though we do our best to avoid them - please contact us first by email using the contact the seller / other reason (do not check 'the item is not as described' please!)

We ask that you please do not file a case / claim - it is easier and less time consuming if we hear from your first by email.

Returns accepted for full refund within 30 days after receipt date - Must be in original shipped condition.  Buyer pays for return shipping

If the return is due to our error such as we shipped the wrong item to you, we will do our best to compensate you for return shipping. Please contact us to work it out.

For orders shipped Free, actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund issued for domestic US returns

For Intl Shipments, outbound shipping cost is not refundable - we will do all in our control to resolve the issue to earn your trust
