Vintage Soviet signal flashlight. Designed to provide special light signals at night. It can be white, red, green and flashing red. Made from red plastic. Powered by two batteries (not included). It does not shine very brightly. Made in the USSR in the mid 1980s. Brand new but has not been used, there is packaging and instructions. Great item for collection or everyday use.
