"Broadway Baths New York" closed around 1990, Gay Poster
Vintage Gay Poster advertising the now-defunct Broadway Baths (NYC), one of the premiere gay bathhouse in the US. The Broadway Baths were also affiliated with the Big Top Gay Porn Theater. Both these businesses were owned by Bill Perry who also owned the Gay film production company "P.M. Productions". The Broadway Baths closed its doors around 1990. This Poster has been meticulously restored and reprinted by Bijouworld.

In the Golden Age of Gay Porn, the 1970s and 80s the Bijou Theater was the premier gay porn theater in the Midwest. All the gay movie posters in Bijou's collection were displayed at the Bijou when these films had their Midwest Premier. Bijou kept and preserved these posters, as time passed we scanned, digitized and meticulously restored these posters so prints could be offered to the general public. Our main objective is to preserve gay Erotic History.
Here at Bijou, we have a unique archive of photographs going back to the 1940s and gay movie posters from virtually every gay porn studio since 1970 to the early 1980s (the golden age of Adult cinema). When we come across a photo that intrigues us or a cover that we have designed that we feel has something special about it we print out a large copy and post it on the wall.
