Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline Swan ships all items within two working days of receiving your payment (Monday – Friday). We Offer FREE shipping with this listing. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.

Swan Products Ltd provides a one to five year guarantee depending upon the type of product. The length of the guarantee period is indicated in the product instruction manual, under the guarantee section, and is valid from the original date of purchase.

At Swan Products Ltd we ship thousands of items per week and a very small amount will from time to time be faulty. We understand that this is an inconvenience, and can be upsetting, so we have a returns, refund or replacement policy to ensure that our customers are properly serviced.

How To Return A Faulty Item

• At Swan we want to make returning an item as efficient and convenient as possible with the Collect+ service;
• Contact us through ebay with the reason for your return or exchange
• We shall authorise your return and email over a prepaid collect+ returns label
• You will need to package the item up and attach the label
• Once dropped off you will be given a receipt with tracking for your item
• It usually takes 5-7 working days for your item to be returned to us

Any faulty returns received as new and unwanted will incur a £4.95 delivery charge.

Unauthorised Returns

Any unauthorised returns will be destroyed on receipt. Please contact us first before returning a product.

Your right is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase to return goods unwanted for a full refund. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned to as new, unused and in the original packaging. Should your product develop a fault within the first 30 days, we can offer a refund, repair or replacement.
