      Please make sure you send payment with a confirmed shipping address  and MUST include a phone number and your Ebay user ID, e-mail  address, payment sent with an unconfirmed shipping information will  be denied.
  Payment is due within 5 business days after you win an auction or  complete a Buy It Now purchase. The winner bidder will be notified  by eBay via email immediately following the close of the auction.  The message will contain a link to Paypal where you will be able to  quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
  Currently we accept Paypal as the default payment method. We will  explore more payment methods to provide you a safe and convenient  shopping experience.

Return Policy

  Return  is accepted ONLY when the damages, defects, wrong delivery, etc. are  not caused by buyers. In such cases buyers can choose return/refund  or exchange without paying additional postages.

Terms & Conditions

We offer combine items into one  package, and calculate the shipping cost based on the size of  package, contact us if you purchase more than one item , the total  cost will be much cheaper than other items with free shipping!!
Majority of our carbon fiber orders will be ship within 10 business days, transit time does  fluctuate (mostly 7-14 days).
All orders MUST include a phone number so the Post Office can  contact you 
Shipping and Handling is Non-Returnable
Buyer are responsible for any & all customs, brokerage and/or taxes  to be paid to the courier or their government. Gaugetuner is not  responsible for these charge and we do not have any further  information regarding them

Warranty Policy

  We  are very confidence of the product we sell, If for any reason you  are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to process an  exchange or refund the product less than within 30 days of your  purchase. All  return ,  Please allow 10-14days for return and exchange to be process. Please  inspect all your orders upon receipt.
   Please inform us for any issue within 14 days of delivery of your  merchandise, after 15 days of delivery, all sales are final.
   All return items MUST be in condition with the original boxes,  all original materials, and instructions manuals.
   We will not reship replacement before we get a claim approval for  the lost or stolen item or the return item from customers.
   Any item that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our  Return Department, if there is no problems or errors found during  testing, there will be a mandatory 15% restocking fee for the price  of them.
   If you received the wrong merchandise, please inform us within 15  days and we will then ship the correct merchandise out when the  wrong products have been received back at our location.
  Professional  installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on usage.
