Do It Yourself kit consisting of 5 main pieces:
The size of the mobile hanger after assembling is approximately 34cm x 34cm (13 3/8 inches x 13 3/8 inches)
The set is very easy for assembling, because all parts match perfectly and you just have to put them together and add some glue (not included).
Do It Yourself kit consisting of 5 main pieces:
- 4 x wooden dowels - 0,9 cm x 16 cm. (3/8”x 6 1/8”). Each wooden dowel has a 1mm hole drilled through one end for you to hang your own ornaments (ornaments not included).
- 1 x wooden cube - 3 cm. (1 ⅕) with rounded edges and wholes to fit in the dowels.
- additional 2 x silver color screw eyes. One for the top and one for the bottom of the wooden cube.
The mobile is hand colored with two layers of special acrylic paint for toys.
The paint is water soluble and conforms to the EN:71-3 standard for toys safety.
Finally, one layer of water diluted azure lacquer is applied to protect the paint and keep it shiny.
The lacquer is also conforming to the EN:71-3 standard.
The tips of the dowels, where they need to fit into the cube holes, are left unpainted for safety reasons. They need to go all the way in, so the mobile is assembled correctly.
Glue for wood (not included) needs to be applied when assembling the mobile for extra security.
