SHIPPING & HANDLING:
We are located in Melbourne, Australia, and will take up to 1 business day to have your order processed. Australia Postal Service or Sendle Parcel Delivery will be used for Standard Deliveries (1-6 days) which includes tracking. We are not responsible for the delays that occur with courier services.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen after delivery. If Australia Post or Sendle has marked your item as "delivered", unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for the item after that point.
Important: Please ensure the address you have for shipping is correct as we take no responsibility for incorrect addresses.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
- Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
- All products are inspected for faults and packaged carefully before using a delivery service.
- For any change of mind purchases where the customer want to return the item, the shipping costs is the customers responsibility. Full or partial refunds are determined based on the condition of the returned product. If the condition of the returned product still looks new and like the original condition, then full return can be provided.
- For pillow stands with a white base, they are free from stains or dirt at the time of packaging. Once it has been opened and used, any dirt collected on the light fabric may be noticeable. Therefore, we do not recommend customers return it because it won't be in its original condition anymore and cannot be resold. However if it needs to be returned, then we may consider a partial refund depending on the condition of the item.
