This is a one troy ounce .999 fine silver coin from the British Royal Mint.  This 2022 Maid Marian is the second release in the new Myths and Legends Series.  

On the obverse of 2022 British Maid Marian Silver Coins is an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majesty is shown here in the definitive fifth-generation portrait for British coins during her reign. Created in 2015, the effigy shows the Queen at the age of 89 as she wears the George IV State Diadem Crown.

The reverse face of 2022 1 oz Maid Marian Silver Coins comes with a depiction of Maid Marian. In most versions of the Robin Hood legend, Maid Marian is a woman of high social standing who takes Robin Hoods side in his battle to free the poor people of England from the tyranny of Prince John and his over-taxation of the people. Most versions of the tale portray her as an insider who provides Robin Hood and his merry men with vital information.
