M Klein & Sons Folding Pocket Knife Hawkbill Chicago USA , Letter K. 1974. According to Klein the letter dating started in 1972 with the letter I. J=73 K= 74. This knife was rarely used but was not well taken care of in my opinion. Little spots on the blade and one side of the pommel is pretty dirty. Locks open perfectly  and snaps well. See pictures.
