Luscious vintage 1933 to 35 black rayon velvet dress
has the NRA blue eagle label, this is the famous label seen only on 1933 to 1935 clothing, initiated under F.D.R.
incredible beaded & rhinestone circles on this dress, only a couple stones missing
the sleeves are like a very full bat wing sleeve with open sides and taper from the elbow down to the wrists
the tapers have these big, (a bit heavy too) rhinestone buttons with loop button holes
waist area has a wide cumberbund waist band, big bow in the back, this waist band fits loose over the waist
side snaps
hem line is a gathered ruffle
in incredible condition, no flaws to note
can fit a small to med lg gal
