PACKAGE CONTENT

We ensure to pack the product safely and securely ensuring that the product is not damaged during handling and postage.

PAYMENT

We accept payments through PayPal. Payment must be made within 3 days of the end of Auction and/or confirmation for sale.

SHIPPING

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. 

We ensure and target to dispatch the product within 24 hours once the payment is received into our PayPal account as ensuring Customer Satisfaction is our top most priority and the tracking number is provided via eBay for our valuable customers to check the status and track the product.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the location. Remote areas might require longer delivery time.

Our cost includes the Shipping fees, i.e. Postage and Handling Fees as we want to ensure to give the best product to our customer at the best possible price.

We only charge Postage fees for delivering outside of Australia which can be seen in the Shipping Fees and we are very flexible to send multiple products to our valuable customers based on the requirements and request as CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our top most priority and we ensure to meet and fulfill the requirements of our CUSTOMERS.

RETURNS

In case the product is damaged or broken during handling or postage we accept returns, as we want to ensure peace of mind. 

We don’t accept returns so please ensure you like the product and if you have any questions regarding the sizes, type we are more than happy to assist.
