For sale five architectural interior renderings in pencil & crayon for the Squibb Building 5th Avenue & 58th Street, dated 1934 & signed by Leon Barton Jr. Drawings are different sizes, please see photos. All are matted & shrink wrapped, measuring 21" x 16" except one which is varnished & has a floor plan on the back, this one has some dirty marks & is on heavy cardboard. The other drawings look like paper. Most are signed in the lower right corner. No tears or damages, but the are yellow acid marks on the rendering for the terrace.  Guaranteed to be as described or it can be returned for a full refund.
