Pink Pearl apple is an apple of the red-fleshed variety.  The skin of the Pink Pearl is creamy tan/yellow to green in color and speckled with small white spots.  It’s medium sized and highly aromatic.  It has a balanced sweet tart flavor and is prized for it’s fine-grained flesh, which is vivid pink to red in colour.
