This is an adorable two toned simple basket. The top rim has wrapping with a piece of basket material that also has two colors. Please see pictures.
Three little reeds or wood splints are poking out on the inside and it is hard to say whether they can be poked back in. The size is more clear because the picture of the dime next to the basket.
The basket is from a collector on the Main Line outside of Philadelphia.
