This watch works as a little smart phone to make or receive phone calls after SIM card correctly inserted. It can support 4G Nano SIM mobile/watch card from most carriers.(For other carriers,please confirm with us ).
Please Note: it supports AT&T,AT&T2,T-Mobile USA,T-Mobile card. You need to set the mode when watch is online.
Q&A:
1. Question: I see multiple customers saying to get a sim card for a "smartphone" not a "watch". Can anyone one tell me why? What is the difference?
Answer: If the SIM card for a watch, there will be no voice function in this SIM card. If the SIM card for a smartphone, there is data plan and voice function both in this SIM card. The watch’s SIM card must have data plan and voice function both.
2. Question: Is this watch compatible with an iPhone? Also, can you still use it if you do not have one of the cellular plans mentioned?
Answer: I know for sure you cannot use AT&T without already being a customer. I’m Verizon and AT&T couldn’t activate the watches without me switching my phone service to AT&T. As far as compatibility, you can download the app that goes with the phone in the iPhone App Store. But, the app was wonky and wouldn’t acknowledge my location in the US.
3. Question: I get binding failed when trying to connect the watch to the app (tmobile). How is this fixed?
Answer: Please provide the IMEIi code of the back cover of the watch, and we will reset the watch for you.
4. Question: Which SIM card suppliers does the watch apply to?
Answer: We recommend Verizon ATT Speedtalk Best in US.
5. Question: What app do i download?
Answer: SeTracker2. There is an app registration code in the watch.
6. Question: The sim card has been activated. will it show bars immediately or do i have to wait for 24 hrs before the bars show?
Answer: Yes, you need to wait 24 hours for the first activation.
