RETURN & EXCHANGES

  • Please make sure to read our description carefully and ask questions before buying
  • Please inspect your package upon arrival. All returns must be reported within 30 days of the date the package was delivered
  • All incorrect items may be exchanged or refunded are issued when the glass is returned undamaged and in its original box
  • In the event of returning an item, buyer must email us for an RMA number before returning the item. No claims will be honored  without a correct RMA number on the return package
  • If a package is lost in transit, replacement order is available only after the Lost Claim has been approved by the shipping company
  • If a product is damaged during shipment upon arrival, please email us a digital picture for verification of the problem. We will  file a Damage Claim with the shipping company. We will send  replacement to buyer after the claim is approved
