A couple small rust spots on base. Some of the ladder rungs are a little bent. Includes 2 firemen. One is in very rough shape and needs repair- after posting received further damage. Please refer to second picture.  Other appears and fair condition

Key turns but doesn't seem to wind/work quite right.
