I ship to lower 48 states only, but will ship outside the lower 48 using eBay Global Shipping Program ONLY (GSP does NOT include PR & AK). Meaning I ship your item to Kentucky (Global Shipping Transport location) then they ship the item to you. I’m responsible for shipping to Kentucky GSTL. Once the item arrives to KY I have no control after that.
