New old stock Shimano SL-TY15-A shifter for a double or triple front derailleur, made in the 1990's, plastic shifter and body, steel clamp 22mm.

Ratchet/clicking friction shifter. Not specifically indexed for a particular derailleur but does ratchet/click about  17 times from h-to-l or l-to-h. Has a pull of roughly 1-1/8" so it should be possible to use with a wide range of front derailluers. The cable is 50-1/2" long. Nothing fancy, old tech, works fine.
