The paint has a fast drying time and will adhere to almost any surface. Makes almost any surface retro-reflective! Illuminates potential  hazards, objects, signs or equipment around your home or workplace.

 This paint is retro- reflective meaning they return any light directly back to its source. (Like a stop sign). 

The reason reflective roadway signs are reflective to your eye is that you are on the same eye level as your head lights.

 So, there is only one angle that it will reflect to your eyes.

 Try taking a picture with a flash camera and one without then to test reflectivity.

 Paint must be dry before it reflects.... It appears white in the container but dries semi translucent.
