Unused, but there is a stain that has bled through from the back. Looks like the glue they used to hold the tail in place has come though after almost 50 years. It looks like the arrow is possibly pointing to Augusta, GA. I get most of my patches second hand and cannot vouch for the age of the patch, unless it’s one of my personal patches or it came from a reputable source.
