We can’t accept returns on items sold in new condition that have been opened (i.e open package/removed plastic) or used. Any items sold in new condition are sold as is, since we cannot perform a test without opening, any issues should be addressed with the manufacturer. Lastly, our 5 year old daughter loves to draw, so your package may have a fun doodle from her on it, please enjoy!
