This is an adorable accent lamp in the form of a soup tureen, ladle and underplate (all one piece) made by Ardalt Lenwile China Japan. It is decorated with pink and yellow roses and other flowers. It has a small Christmas light inside. In order to change the bulb, you would need to unscrew the bulb holder.It has the original cord with the ungrounded plug. It is 250V 10Amp. Excellent condition though one small petal missing on pink flower, its free of cracks or repairs.
