Se il prodotto non mi piace o non ne vale la pena, posso cambiarlo o restituirlo? Il consumatore avrà un periodo di 15 giorni di calendario conteggiati dalla data di ricezione del prodotto per restituirlo senza sostenere alcun costo ad eccezione delle spese di spedizione che saranno a carico del consumatore e/o utente. Il prodotto deve essere restituito in perfette condizioni e ovviamente non può essere trovato danneggiato, battuto o con prove attendibili d'uso che impediscano la rivendita del prodotto stesso. Rajomotor si riserva il diritto di applicare un deprezzamento dell'importo del reso se il prodotto presenta un difetto estetico o segni di uso improprio, o in un caso più grave come danneggiato o battuto, il disimpegno del reso per uso improprio da parte del cliente. Per spedirlo, deve essere fatto in un apposito imballo che lo protegga durante il viaggio. Il rimborso verrà restituito due giorni dopo aver verificato che il prodotto sia conforme alla politica di restituzione.

Garanzia

Nell'esercizio del diritto di recesso sono previste (tra le altre) le seguenti eccezioni che sono espressamente previste dalla Legge sui consumatori e utenti, che sono:

–Se parliamo di un pezzo soggetto ad usura, per il quale il dato relativo non è tanto la garanzia quanto la “vita utile” prevista nelle sue caratteristiche tecniche (ad esempio pneumatici, pastiglie dei freni…).

–Quando il guasto è dovuto a un uso improprio da parte del cliente. Se non sono stati assemblati da un meccanico qualificato, RAJOMOTOR si riserva il diritto di richiedere fattura all'officina. Se sono stati danneggiati da un uso improprio.

–Se parliamo di una parte elettrica, la causa potrebbe essere dovuta a qualsiasi altro guasto della moto, che non sappiamo se può danneggiare nuovamente la parte nuova. Tutte le parti elettriche sono testate prima della spedizione/consegna. Se non sono stati utilizzati, possono essere restituiti altrimenti non possono essere restituiti per il motivo sopra indicato

    

Returns
