NOTE:  This CD is likely part of a large collection obtained from the headquarters of a national public radio network, purchased in bulk when the offices relocated.  The collection includes a wide range of genres, and many of the CDs are pre-release, early promotional, or advance distribution copies.  Some cases and packaging also have notes, post-its, stickers, and other markings from the producers and radio hosts, from listening, reviewing, and airing songs or clips.  We have generally left these on as part of the CD’s history and provenance, and leave it to the purchaser to remove if so desired.  It is assumed the original recipients obtained permission to sell or release these items in compliance with any requirements imposed by the original distributor.
