The Made in Japan Traditional series is the result of combining Fender's traditional instrument-making aesthetic with refined Japanese craftsmanship. The authentic Fender DNA is brought back to life with solid Made in Japan quality.
The Made in Japan Traditional 60s Stratocaster features a gloss-finish basswood body with 21 vintage-style frets and a 9.5" radius "U" shape maple neck. A six-saddle vintage-style Synchronized Tremolo bridge and original pickups selected specifically for the Traditional Series provide a realistic and musical vintage tone. The narrow nut width provides a unique vintage tone.
The narrow nut width is designed to be easy to play for Japanese players. The solid guitar craftsmanship and flexible answers to players' needs are reflected in this series.
