LATELY I'M GETTING WAY TOO MANY RETURNS FOR "DON'T FIT." THIS IS EASY TO AVOID. PLEASE DO NOT RELY SOLELY ON THE SIZE! Sizes can vary from brand to brand and even within brands. I take care to get complete and accurate measurements, so please do your part to minimize the need for costly returns, i.e., PLEASE CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS BEFORE PURCHASING, and compare them with those of boots or shoes that you know fit well. THESE BEAUTIFUL BLACK MEDIUM-HEEL KNEE-HIGH BOOTS BY MADELINE, MODEL NAME SERENITY, SIZE 7.5M, make a good first impression, but they are pre-owned and have some condition issues, mostly in places that don't show when worn. They are not up to my usual high standards condition-wise, but I'm selling them for a friend who says she loves them but can no longer wear them due to ankle and lower-leg problems (a basketball injury, not from the boots). They're in pretty good overall condition. with only light wear on the soles (pictures #11 & 12), but some areas of minor superficial damage to the inner linings (picture #10 shows 1 example), and a few small nicks and dings here and there on the uppers (nothing major, nothing that can be seen from more than a few inches away). The look is of fine-grain leather, but all materials are synthetic. Inside measurements are: length, heel to toe 9.75"; widest point 3"; narrowest point 1.75". Heel height is 2.75". (As is usually the case with boots, it's impossible to get down inside with a tape measure, so all measurements are my best estimates based on outside dimensions.)
