- We ship to your ebay registered address ,please verify your address during checkout. We do not take responsibility for item loss due to wrong address.
- Items are shipped out same day if order is placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Items ordered over the weekend will be mailed out Monday morning.
- Packages, unless otherwise selected, are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and generally arrive at locations in the continental United States in 2-4 business days.
- Lost mail: If via tracking it appears that your package is lost or off track, please contact us. We will file a lost package claim with USPS. It will take 5 business days to resolve. If truly lost, which happens very seldom we will re-ship at the end of 5 days.
