Vtg RUSS BERRIE Handpainted Ceramic The Christmas Sample Snowman w/Dangling legs Christmas Ornament.

Very sweet Rustic Handpainted Snowman carrying a Star. His legs dangle when hung. His hat has been painted in  embossed Holly Berry design all around his Black top hat.

His jacket is embossed with Snowflakes, and he is wearing a purple Scarf around his neck.

He comes with a twine hanging cord, his original box. He has some crazing as seen in photos.

No chips or cracks, in very good opened box condition.

Measures 4.75" H without the cord and his legs dangling.

With the cord 7.5" H

Box is in good condition as well. Box reads: The Christmas Sample Handpainted Ornament item # 16827

Not sure if this is the name of this Ornament or if it was made as a Sample.
