French or German - in the style of or possibly Heubach....this is a terrific bisque figurine of a boy in a Napoleonic hat.Hand painted with great detail.
There is a weird line on the inside of the crease of his hat-it is almost like a straw mark found in glass pieces- when I run my fingernail along it, it does not feel any change of the porcelain like a crack - therefor I do think it was made in manufacturing-- please see the photos..
