Get his discontinued Lego City set that comes complete with all pieces, instructions and minifigures and the box is in excellent condition even though from 2006.  This set comes from a smoke free, pet free and away from sunlight.  This set makes a great gift for any fan of Legos or wants to expand a city collection or just wants to include a simple set for a beginner.
