Back opens to reveal a compartment for cigarettes
The film wind on pulls out and is a lipstick holder.
The music box plays Brahms Lullaby although some notes are out of sequence.

Exterior of the case is in good order with light scratches, dulling to the brass. Mirror has some light freckling. As mentioned the push button top open the well is lacking a spring and the music box has notes out of sequence.
