Your knowledge is your only purchasing guide! It is your absolute responsibility to know enough about what you choose to buy including compatibility, how to set up and use it, as well as its proper/safe operation. Never assume I know more about an item than the description states, nor presume anything not specifically stated or revealed in the images!
Now we all make mistakes, so if any of my listings need a corrections let me know!

BUT, since we’ve all encountered stupid people as well as scammers, connivers, cheaters and outright thieves masquerading as honest buyers, this seller reserves the right to protect himself. Serial #'s are recorded and items marked to prevent fraud by those seeking to return an item they damaged, remove parts from or attempt to pull that ridiculous ‘not as listed’ crap. Over the years I’ve learned that scammers, connivers, cheaters and outright thieves usually threaten or try to file negative feedback at first contact, hoping to leverage negative feedback and blackmail sellers into at least a partial refund. This seller will not submit to blackmail!

SOFTWARE: Unless new and sealed any/all serial numbers/codes included are considered used/registered. However the software itself should install to the proper OS, providing your system includes the required support libraries-etc., these variables make installation guarantees impossible. USED means not new, purchasers of used software are actually buying the contents, meaning the software data itself - not how one may hope or feel the delivery media, instructions or packaging should look. Simple searches are recommended so potential buyers can decide if the software is suitable for their system, and all software has its own learning curve. Used software/media and manuals are not New Retail and most have been tossed around carelessly so they are seldom in pristine condition. The software you will receive has been used and may be missing items like original paperwork. Used disks almost always show signs of use and abuse but the data (located under the top label-not the protective clear bottom) is not affected by light scratches. If a disk has been resurfaced the original shine is often replaced with a faint, dull swirling pattern - yet the data remains fully readable. Any software I list is in good usable condition, meaning the media itself has been read tested before listing so the data is readable. Used software is never sold on a trial basis. No refunds or returns of any kind for used software, including failure to install, buyer's remorse or less than perfect appearance. I've had thieves install software then try to return it, others have returned their own damaged disks instead of the disks sent to them - so there can be NO refunds or returns of any kind on software.

LOCAL PICKUP: Please contact me via eBay Message prior to your purchase so we can arrange a pick up location of my choice for your item.

SHIPPING ISSUES: If a package arrives damaged in any way, never open or tamper with it! Contact the shipping company withing 24 hours and follow their instructions for its return

SHIPPING and HANDLING: Shipping cost is determined by your zip through eBay’s shipping calculator, which emails tracking data to you once the shipping label is printed. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated, including multiple packages if required. You can request a different shipping method, insurance or special handling prior to shipping. NO refunds for uninsured items damaged or lost in transit.
Every item is carefully packed with Styrofoam, Peanuts, packing paper or Bubble Wrap and ships in a sturdy container. Since most are boxed prior to listing they usually ship the same day if payment arrives before Noon (Eastern time). Combined shipping is possible, but since I usually ship quickly you MUST notify me after your first purchase. Should instant payment be required for the items you wish to combine, go ahead and pay the full amount. Savings from repackaged combined items will be refunded once our transaction is complete. Once items ship, combined shipping is no longer possible.

In addition to its constantly increasing fees, eBay now keeps a portion of the shipping cost as well, then PayPal or others take their own slice off the top of every transaction (including shipping) which can total up to about 16+%, leaving sellers with what little remains to carefully pack and ship your items.

I’m proud of my nearly 100% positive feedback, but many buyers no longer bother with feedback, perhaps not realizing how important it is to prospective buyers wanting to know if they’re dealing with honest sellers. That’s why I only provide positive feedback after a buyer has left positive feedback for their purchase.

Should you have an issue or new question about an item you purchased within a day or so of receiving it, select the ‘OTHER’ option when communicating and I will get back to you through eBay usually within a day. RETURNS: Returns are not accepted under any conditions!
Select ‘OTHER’ to communicate and I’ll do anything I can to assist you. On the rare occasion a return might be accepted the item(s) must be returned in exactly the same condition as shown and described in its listing. Meaning, not damaged, not missing components and not a defective substitution. (items are marked to insure honesty) If for any reason a return is processed, buyer agrees to a 20% restocking fee and having the original shipping cost deducted from any refund. Should you choose to ‘open a case’ eBay will instruct you to return the item at ‘YOUR EXPENSE’ and we will proceed from there. Do keep in mind though, returning the item does not guarantee a refund.
