This is a returned item that comes FULLY ASSEMBLED. It may have been returned for one of following reasons: Manufacturer returned, customer returned due to damaged packaging, financial reasons, didn’t fit the room or simply changed their mind. It’s been tested and serviced by our engineers, and it’s fully working. Due to the returns process, this item may have small scuffs and/or marks, but these are simply cosmetic hence the discount. It comes with a 28-day return to base warranty.

PLEASE NOTE: Instructions or user manual is NOT included, however they can be downloaded from google by searching for the model name+pdf. Dumb bells are NOT included.

- DESCRIPTION -

ProForm SmartPower 10.0 Indoor Cycle is one of their premium exercise bikes.

It has a 10″ touch screen which serves as the console for displaying your stats, and for taking part in online classes and other fitness content. It allows you to work out with professional trainers from all around the world. The trainers can take control of the resistance level of your bike through Live Resistance Control Technology.

Resistance is provided via a large inertia-enhanced flywheel and magnetic resistance. This bike comes with hand weights that will get your upper body involved as well. This will help you get a full-body comprehensive workout.

There’s also workouts and classes that get you off the bike and work your upper body too. It has 22 different levels of resistance (how difficult it is to pedal). You can set this manually by pressing the buttons on the panel. More interestingly, it can be set via the iFit system. You’ll be cycling up a hill on screen and the bike will adjust to make it feel like you’re cycling up that hill.
