Dell 0WC297 - Desktop Motherboard for OptiPlex 170L. Comes with an Intel Pentium 4 @ 2.80 GHz and 512 MB total of ProMOS PC3200U DDR-400 MHz memory. Comes with I/O shield.

This board has been tested, and fully works. When the machine was together, it booted into both the BIOS and into Windows XP loaded onto an IDE hard drive. I was not able to test if it could boot into Windows 10 loaded onto an SSD, as the power supply that came with the Dell did not have a SATA power cable, but the board had a SATA connection for a SATA drive, probably SATA I or II.

No damage to the board. Has been fully and properly cleaned on a grounded non static surface. The chips, resistors, and capacitors all seem to be in order, nothing really seems to be broken, other than the board missing the PCI express 16 slot and 2 more slots of memory, but I’m pretty sure that was just an option with the optiplex from when it was in production, and the boards came in various models. Everything is in tact, and board is fully functional.

I have properly handled the disassembly of the machine and I have handled the motherboard with care whilst being properly grounded to prevent the risk of anti-static shock against the PCB and all components. Also, the board has been cleaned to the best of my ability.
