This is a 1977, MEGO Inc, 3 3/4 inch, CHiPs, Wheels Willy, action figure.  The overall condition of the item is New and Excellent for age in a Factory Sealed package.  The figure is in Mint condition in a Factory Sealed package.  No yellowing to the figure. The package is in Excellent condition with Moderate wear.  The blister is in Great condition and Factory Sealed to the card with Mild wear.  The blister is yellowed but 100% intact and factory sealed to the card.  The blister has a tiny dimple on the lower right hand edge and the upper left hand edge.  The card is flat.  There is Minor creasing and feathering at the edges and corners.  The graphics are bright and shiny and still pop.  No fading or discolorations.  No delaminations.  This item would make an awesome addition to any MEGO collection.
