18k gold filled victorian watch band bracelet sapphires filigree.

Nice watch band if you know how to put it together with a watch face. Has 2 sapphires on either side and is marked 18K gold filled. From back it looks like one section doesnt have its back not sure if made this way or not or if its missing.
